Are motorized shopping carts at grocery stores/Walmart *NOT* allowed to go down any aisle other than those containing junk food?
I've never seen a basket in one that contained any fresh produce or fruits/vegetables, only pizzas, pop, chips, etc. Is this a conspiracy???
